When can you clear my property?

We usually try and complete house clearances within 24 hours from your request if urgent. But we can be scheduled in to suit your needs at any time.

How much is a clearance?

Every house clearance job is unique, but our quotations are simple. Our charges are based on the time it takes our team to do the job, and the cost of disposing or recycling any items that aren’t reusable. We agree the price before we start and there aren’t any hidden extras.

How do we pay?

You can pay by bank transfer, which is our preferred method, or cash on completion. You only pay once your job is completed.

Can you clear just a few items?

Yes. If you have a few items you’re struggling to dispose of, we’ll help. This usually takes no time at all, and you can send photographs to speed up the process.

Can you clear out of hours?

Yes. Property and utility bill deadlines mean you may have to move quickly, so our house clearance teams work 24/7. There is no additional charge for services out of hours or over weekends.
